How personal information will be handled

The website will begin with a short initial enquiry. A separate secure intake process will follow only after suitability has been discussed.

The final privacy policy cannot be completed until the secure form destination, business email, analytics choice, retention period and breach-response process are selected.

Planned privacy approach

  • Collect only the minimum contact, age-range, funding and service-fit information needed for an initial enquiry.
  • Do not request diagnoses, detailed clinical histories, NDIS numbers, full plans or risk assessments through the public form.
  • Transmit form information securely and store it in a protected business system accessible only to Faye and authorised personnel.
  • Send notification emails without including the sensitive enquiry details.
  • Use an appropriate consent process for a parent or guardian while involving the young person in decisions.
  • Keep enquiry data only as long as necessary, then securely delete it or transfer relevant information into the client record if services proceed.
  • Identify the website host, form service, analytics and any other processors before launch.
